The Courage to Connect^® Company Transformation Tool 

This tool innovative supports employees to become  more effective in their day to day work. The tool can be used by all employees throughout a company at the same time, no matter the size of the company. 

When introducing a new strategy or changing direction of the company at an abstract level, it can support individual employees to translate this to their own situation. The tool is aimed at creating action for the individual and stimulates shared action of individuals and teams, creating a movement in the organization. 

This tool can accelerate the process of change in a company. It is unique in it's kind and the first in the world. 

The initiative for building the tool was done together with the Harvard Business School Leadership Initiative. Building the tool has been done in close cooperation with Siemens.
